Atusa began her journey as a realtor in 2019, building on a successful 18-year career in sales and management within the telecommunications industry. Seeking a new challenge, she transitioned into real estate, where her extensive background in sales and leadership honed her skills as an efficient, versatile, and effective communicator—qualities that are essential for providing exceptional customer service.
In addition to her sales expertise, Atusa was an Owner and Partner in a construction company that has been thriving since 2003. The company specializes in new home construction and custom interior and exterior builds. This hands-on experience in construction gave her a unique perspective and a significant advantage in assisting her real estate clients.
Atusa was born in Tehran, Iran, and lived there until she was nine years old. She emigrated to the United States in 1984 and was fortunate to join her extended family in Potomac, MD, where she spent most of her childhood. After graduating from Quince Orchard High School, she attended Washington Business School in McLean, VA, where she studied Business Law.
Following business school, Atusa relocated to Pasadena, MD, and has since lived in various areas, including Glen Burnie, Odenton, Annapolis, and Baltimore City. She currently resides in Middle River.
When she’s not working, Atusa enjoys spending time with her two wonderful sons and her beloved boxer puppy, Leila. They keep her active and continually inspire her with the life lessons they share daily. She also loves spending time with family and friends, is an avid fan of the Food Network, and finds joy in cooking and entertaining. A passionate animal lover—particularly of rescue dogs—Atusa also has a deep appreciation for the beach and anything involving the water.
